Welcome to Kiddy City Preschool @ Mohns Hill Church
Our purpose is to prepare children academically and biblically for life.
We desire to share bible truths, teach fundamentals for school readiness,
and affirm children's skills through creative play and activities.

Our Programs: 2021/2022 school year

4 and 5 year old class - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am - 11:30am ($155 per month)
3 year old class - Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am - 11:30am ($125 per month)

(Note: Child must be potty trained and age 3 or 4 by September 1st)

Hello, my name is April Matz and I love being a part of Kiddy City Preschool. I have a bachelor's degree in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education; as well as, my Master's degree in Reading with a Reading Specialist certification. I have enjoyed teaching in many settings in the past including preschool, elementary (numerous levels), and teaching at Reading Area Community College. Additionally, I have enjoyed working with teens, children, and families for over the past twelve years at Mohn's Hill Church. It has been a blessing to host a story time for preschoolers and a summer reading program for elementary students here at the church. I love leading and teaching at Kiddy City Preschool. It is exciting to be a part of what God is doing at Kiddy City Preschool!

Our lead teacher(s) have a Bachelor's Degrees. All our staff have professional child care experience and/or education. We have safe church policies on file including staff child abuse clearances, criminal background checks, and FBI Fingerprinting. We stay current with first aid and CPR training. We also strive to keep our staff current on early childhood issues.
